    Hey guys.

I found this really awesome MMORPG Engine.

It is currently in BETA 2 with optional programming via REST.

Otherwise it is completely GUI based.

I thought that this was really cool.

I have always wanted to make an mmorpg and 3D is really just to time consuming.

With this engine, it is quick and easy. You can really get a story going nicely and create a classical MMORPG experience, easily in your spare time.

It gives me something to do in the evenings I guess and you can create your own artwork as well as 2D animations, sounds etc…

I don’t know much about mmorpg’s… don’t you need a very large server to run it on? I guess that can be expensive… so have you been working on anything new in copper cube?

2D mmorpg retro engines don’t require a large server.

I am not doing much in CC6 at the moment.

Just fiddling with intersect game engine.

Documentation is poor, so not sure whether I will continue

yes, i looked at their website – most of the links were empty… but it seems fairly easy to build a game… if you put some time into playing around with it. it’s like copper cube – I’ve put a lot of time into trying to figure out how to do the things I want to do. Actually, i started a new project right before Christmas and so far, it’s building up pretty well. I think i might build this one into a completed game. Or maybe I’ll lose interest…

Yee, there are actually 2 engines on that forum.

I decided to use the orion+ engine.

Easier to use and faster to build things.

But I also lose interest easily.

    I know the feeling
